What is VoIP?
VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) is a revolutionary new technology fast overtaking traditional home phones. Using your broadband service it is possible to establish a telephone connection to the MOTIV international VoIP network. VoIP sounds and works just like your normal home phone, and you can even keep your existing telephone handset.

Unlimited calls are subject to a fair use policy. VoIP requires a stable and quality broadband connection, MOTIV cannot guarantee the quality of telephone calls placed over another providers internet connection. Free calls restricted to mainland Australia fixed telephone lines. Extra charges apply when calling mobile international, premium numbers and directory service. *Free MOTIV to MOTIV calls apply when calling from one MOTIV VoIP account to another MOTIV VoIP account.
Payment Information
MOTIV provide a single monthly bill for all your products (including VoIP). In order to maintain our competitive pricing, payment is by direct debit from a credit card or bank account only. Invoices will be issued by email. Accounts will be debited within 48 hours of issue. Dishonoured, declined and accounts with insufficient funds will incur an $11 late payment fee, if the funds cannot be debited within 48 hours of issue.
