MOTIV Communications was incorporated in Melbourne, Australia in March 2007. The company began trading in May 2007 as a telecommunications service provider. Our head office is in 310 Sydney Road, Coburg, VIC, 3058.

The name was derived using the acronym MOTIV which reflects the services provided:

• MObile
• Telephone
• Internet
• VoIP

MOTIV owns and operates its own next generation IP telephony network, allowing us to provide feature rich and highly competitive domestic and international calling products, namely our flagship international calling card suite.

MOTIV began selling residential and corporate internet solutions in 2008. As an aggregator of multiple networks including Telstra, Optus, Powertel and Eftel, MOTIV is able to provide a comprehensive product set with extensive coverage in over 1400+ telephone exchanges.
